It meant a trip to Ceres, but we finally managed to pass scrutiny. Our plans have been submitted and fees paid. Now we wait for the final approval. We are nervous but keeping positive! Despite the extra time delays we are happy we decided to submit ourselves as we have managed to gain an understanding of the process and what is required by municipalities in regards to plans.
